Jessica Mackowiak

LCSW

As a trauma-informed licensed social worker, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life. I am currently working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and/or LGBTQIA2S+ matters. I believe in an empathetic, collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to uncover the root causes of your struggles and develop effective strategies for change.
I value building a therapeutic relationship with individuals that is rooted in empathy, patience, and trust to support their growth. The focus of my practice includes creating a safe and affirming environment for an individual to manage emotions and challenges big and small to work towards improved emotional well-being.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming but I can provide you with a supportive environment for you to heal, grow, and/or make positive changes. My goal is to provide you with the tools and skills to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
