Ferris MacMillan

LCSW

Hi, I’m Ferris, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I bring a strong foundation of clinical knowledge along with years of hands-on experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.

My professional background includes extensive work with children and their families, where I provided case management and helped clients identify their strengths while connecting them with meaningful resources and services. This experience continues to inform my approach today.

Currently, I work with adults—particularly mothers—as well as adolescents. I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you build effective coping skills, develop sustainable self-care strategies, and deepen your self-awareness so you can navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.

I believe that each person has unique strengths, and I’m here to help you uncover and build on them as you move toward your goals.
