I provide individual therapy for adults who are ready for or considering making changes in their lives. I work a lot with issues such as struggling with anxiety, disassociation, flashbacks, obsessions, compulsions, triggers and cognitive distortions Etc. I specialize in anxiety/panic, PTSD, CPTSD, depression, DID, substance abuse, and LGBTQIA+-related issues as well as many other conditions. I also function as a success and life coach to help people motivate out of unhealthy relationships and toxic cycles.

Sessions start with rapport building, then getting coping skills aligned with your goals. I am experienced in providing several modalities of treatment, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person-centered, guided meditation, and behavioral therapy to name a few. Therapy isn’t one size fits all, so let’s figure out what works best for you.

I create a nonjudgmental, comfortable, and inviting environment, because none of the hard work can start without a solid foundation. The world can be unpredictable and inconsistent; therapy does not have to be. You can feel free to be yourself while we focus on your goals in therapy. As the journey goes on goals will shift to fit your needs as the client.
