I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 34 years experience counseling children, adolescents, families, adults and couples to cope with Trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, marital discord, and disabilities.  I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College in May of 1990 and my LMHC in MA in March of 1997.  I am trained in Trauma Focused CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  I also have worked with women in perimenopause and menopause to navigate this change of life.  I have supervised numerous clinicians in the roles I have held during my career as well as directed staff in clinical meetings.
